Nikita debuted in Bollywood with Prakash Jha's hugely popular & successful college film Dil Dosti Etc. Paired opposite Shreyas Talpade, she won rave reviews for her role. Up next was a drama movie that saw Nikita playing a negative character, with shades of grey. Also starring in the film were Bollywood stalwarts like Manisha Koirala & Jackie Shroff. Nikita was also seen as the leading lady opposite Jimmy Shergill in the romantic comedy Four Two Ka One that also starred Rajpal Yadav.
